Maintaining

Lucy seems to be maintaining so far today. Force feeding every four hours has not been too enjoyable for her or for us. Looked into a bunch of stuff online today, and liver disease is something that is usually fixable with forced nutrition. Although, it can take 4-6 weeks until her liver fixes itself.

We're cautiously optimistic. I am a bit buoyed by the fact that she is a bit tougher to hold down right now during the feedings compared to the first few feedings yesterday. She also takes steps to clean herself after the feedings now.

Going to be a very long two months, even if the house closes well.
